Let’s talk about stress, baby

Let’s talk about stress, baby

Ok, this is an interesting one to explore, because if you’re anything like us (and we think you might be) then you possibly don’t identify as stressed at all.

What you are is striving. Striving for a big goal, to create a great business, to have a big life.

And your life is hectic, yes - but you’re not necessarily stressed…

You’re busy - but that’s good! You like it that way

But when you consume the endless reels and articles and stories online about elevated cortisol…

🧬 Hormones that feel like they’re completely unpredictable

💤 Waking between 1-3am at night

🍎 All your weight suddenly (and very stubbornly) sticking around your middle

🌪️ Brain fog and feeling like you can’t keep on top of things…

You say it’s just because you’re so busy, work is crazy right now, it’s no wonder you feel this way

And that’s true - it is no wonder!

Life is crazy enough and this all feels like it’s just part and parcel of being a person nowadays 🤷‍♀️

Because we’re all just so damn capable - we don’t acknowledge that we’re stressed

But that’s actually just because the stress is chronic. It’s almost always there

When we don’t acknowledge it - we can’t do anything to change it

It’s not a weakness. It’s not a state of mind 💭

It’s a cascade of hormones that you believe make you sharper and more capable - but they’re actually wreaking havoc on your body, your mind and your skin.

We’ll tell you more about this in our next post (watch out for it!)

But if you know that this is you - get our free download here and we’ll start helping you to reduce those stress hormones immediately
