2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you’re letting us know that:

• You’re 18 or older (and legally able to treat your skin to something special).
• You’ve read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a little email to say "Woohoo! It’s on its way." If for some reason we can’t process your order (hey, things happen!), we’ll be in touch straight away to sort it out. No surprises here!

3. Prices & Payment

You can pay using Paypal, Shop pay or major debit & credit cards.

4. Delivery Info

We aim to ship your goodies within 2 working days. We deliver to [UK and International], so no matter where you are, we’ll get your skincare essentials to you. Delivery times are estimates, but we’ll do our best to get everything to you as quickly as possible.

5. Returns & Refunds

We get it. Sometimes things don’t work out. You’ve got 14 days from receiving your order to return it if you change your mind. We just ask that it’s unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened skincare products (our products are super fresh and we keep them that way for you!).
• To start a return, simply email us at hello@thecleanbeauty.co.uk and we’ll guide you through the process.

6. Product Information

We make sure all the product details and pictures on our website are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly (you know how screens are). Our descriptions are as close as we can get to what you’ll receive.

7. Using Our Products

Our products are designed with love and care for your skin, but please remember:

• Patch test before use if you have sensitive skin.
• If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, it’s best to check with your doctor first.

8. Privacy & Your Data
