We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. Maybe Wonder Balm wasn’t quite what you expected (though we hope that’s not the case!). Whatever the reason, we want to make sure you feel taken care of. Here’s how our refund policy works:
Changed Your Mind?
No problem! You have 7 days from receiving your order to change your mind. If the product is unopened and unused, simply send it back to us in its original condition, and we’ll refund you—no hard feelings. Just drop us an email at richard@thecleanbeautyclub.co.uk and we’ll get everything sorted for you. You will need to cover the return postage, but we’ll make sure the refund is smooth and swift once we receive it.
Something’s Not Quite Right?
If there’s a problem with your product—like if it arrives damaged or faulty—we’ll take care of everything. Let us know within 7 days, and we’ll either replace the product or offer you a full refund. You don’t need to worry about paying for return postage if it’s our mistake.

Make sure it’s packaged safely, and we recommend getting proof of postage for peace of mind.
Refund Timeline
We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. (We promise we won’t leave you waiting for ages!)
A Little Note on Shipping Costs
If you’ve simply changed your mind, we won’t be able to refund your original shipping cost (unless the order was damaged or faulty, of course).
