We send your order in the UK using a Royal Mail 48 hour service. Orders placed before 11 am will most often be sent the same day. Orders of Wonder Balm only (28g) will be sent using a large letter service and will fit through your door if you're not in. All other products arrive as a parcel.

What are the ingredients of Wonder Balm?
Super simple - they are: Pomegranate Oil, Moringa Oil, Lemon Seed Oil, Beeswax, Vitamin E in Sunflower Oil + Essential Oils (our super amazing house blend of lemon, lime, grapefruit, mandarin & sweet orange oils).

First and foremost, Wonder Balm is an excellent cleanser. When developing it though we wanted it to be more than that. We wanted it to have ingredients known for their healing properties and their ability to keep skin nourished and healthy. Why not use a cleanser that actually makes your skin better?

What’s the best before end date of my product?
It will be written on a wee leaflet when you receive your order but - for reference - it'll be around a year from when you purchased your product.

I'm already a frequent user of cleansing balms and have been using premium brands in my routine.
I had the opportunity to try this one out and as a balma-holic I was happy to try it out.
It's a lovely rich texture which smells incredible, with only a small amount my full face of makeup and SPF was removed effortlessly.
As my first cleanse in the evening I did go in with a second cleanse out of habit but I really didn't need to.
Even my long wearing black eyeliner rubbed off with out aggression.
Absolutely on par with some of my higher end cleansing balms.

My skin loves wonderbalm. That’s all I can say. It completely sorted my grumpy bumpy skin. Which I did not expect. Love it as a layer of moisture on my face too (cuticles, hair….). I used to brand hop. I have been a subscriber to the big balm now for years. My teenage daughter’s skin also loves it!!!! She sometimes veers off to try new things 🤦♀️ then has to come back begging me for my tin 🤣. Slightly spotty teenage skin it seems to work miracles on.
And then there’s the customer service. I have been made to feel valued and so special any time I have contacted them ❤️

I had a query with the wonder balm, the answer came quickly and when an issue happened with royal mail this company have been swift to act, great with communication and super customer service all round. Not too mention both my son and I love the product and will continue to purchase, leaves our skin clean and soft and he'sonly 10 (he hates strong scents, exfoliation or the tight feel you get with some face cleansers).
