This is for you if you are a smart & proactive cookie who wants to get the work done - you just don't know how.
These are the exact tools and ways I did this work for myself.
This is perfect if you have a lot of 'emptying out' to do and the negative thoughts and limiting beliefs feel really close to the surface.
If you have no idea what is wrong (and you're not a fan of trying to figure it out) then my other, bigger programs might be best for you.
But this truly does have all the tools you need to do this work yourself.
(It's perfect if you keep a journal that quite often swings to how crappy life is, if you're triggered pretty often, or if you can endlessly rant to friends about how unfair everything is.)
In any other context - they would seem like negative things 🫣but for this program, they're perfect 🙌
I used to feel like I was on a trampoline , occasionally jumping above the clouds.
I would have these moments of absolute clarity - I could see everything so clearly.
✨OMG, I get it!
✨Life is meant to be enjoyed!
✨If it’s right for me it will feel easy!
But they only lasted moments. Minutes sometimes. Then I would drift back to cloudiness again ☁️
I remember in those moments I always wanted to bottle that feeling, because I knew it wouldn’t last.
I would write notes to myself and send voice notes to friends, but nomatter how passionately I tried to record them - they sounded feeble and shallow when I read them back. Like the ramblings of a vaguely stoned songwriter.
And of course, I would go back to life as usual.
♥️ Gradually I would stop doing the things that made me feel better
♥️ I’d start to feel drained again. Tired. Like my battery was drained to nothing.
(And because I’m a SADIST, I would take that as a sign to work more, do better, ACHIEVE. Then I could rest.)
♥️ On would come the inevitable ‘setting fire to my life’ period I seem to enjoy so much…
Fighting and snapping at my partner ✔️
Binge eating a tonne of crap food ✔️
Doom scrolling instagram till 3am ✔️
Until I felt truly crappy enough to decide I needed to ‘do something about it’ and dive headfirst into doing the work again.
I needed to hit that familiar rock bottom to give my the momentum to bounce back up again.
For a long time I beat myself up about it. But honestly? It is what it is. That’s how this work works.
And every time I bounced, I stayed there longer.
☀️ At first an hour or so
☀️ Then almost a day
☀️ Eventually it became days at a time
I remembered to do the work sooner & didn’t stay down for so long.
It got better and better.
Now I would say that I stand with my head above the clouds and every now and again I slide back down.
It’s usually because I am tired or hungry - but it never feels that simple at the time 😅
And my patterns are becoming predictable.
The same old wounds need tended again and again.
🌀 I need to sacrifice myself & save everyone !
🌀 Micro management is the key to happiness!
🌀 Want to achieve anything in life? Work until you’re sick! That’ll do it!
🌀 There’s not enough! Not enough time! Noy enough money! Not enough food! HOARD IT ALL!!!
It’s a work in progress. The truth is, it will be until the day I die. And I’m ok with that!
I’ll never stop doing it - because life lived in the clouds is not the life I came here to live 🙌😍
