A growing body of research in behavioural psychology, somatic neuroscience, and trauma-informed coaching shows us something important: your experiences with money aren’t just about how hard you work or how talented you are. They’re also shaped by the subconscious messages your body and nervous system send about what feels safe to receive, hold on to, or pursue.
If you grew up in a home where money was tight, or where rest, support, and ease weren’t encouraged, your nervous system may have started to believe that being stressed or overworked is “normal.” Even now, as an adult, your body might feel weirdly unsafe when things get easier — especially with money.
Your nervous system has learned to feel safest when you’re not asking for too much. Over time, the body can start to link wealth, visibility, or even ease with danger or discomfort. That looks like (subconsciously) pushing away money, success, or rest without even realising.
This can show up in everyday ways like:

Not applying for jobs or promotions, even when you’re qualified

Undercharging or avoiding asking to be paid

Not noticing opportunities that could help you grow or succeed

Feeling guilty or panicked after a financial win

Spending money quickly, even when you meant to save it

These patterns don’t come from laziness or fear of success. They come from a nervous system that’s been trained to stay in a familiar “safe zone,” even if that zone includes stress, under-earning, or struggle. It’s protective, not conscious.
There's a psycological truth that the more something threatens your identity, the more you will avoid it. Therefore, if your identity has always been as a person who is struggling, who doesn't have enough, or even as a person who is scrappy, smart, capable or 'salt of the earth', then you cannot consciously change that easily. Instead, you must rewire it at the source.
The Spell of Wealth Reclamation is a short audio recording that works deeply to help change this pattern. It uses slow, calming language and rhythm to guide your body out of stress and into a state where it feels safe to rest and receive. That’s the first step to letting yourself have more — without your system rejecting it.
The recording also includes a tone called 528 Hz, known in sound therapy traditions for its connection to healing and transformation to help reduce stress and support emotional balance, which makes it easier for your body to feel calm and open. It's layered also with solfeggio 639 Hz. This is commonly used in sound therapy to help open the heart space. This can be especially helpful when working through feelings of isolation, resentment, grief, or emotional numbness, all common issues when we are taught not to allow and receive abundance.
This isn’t about “thinking positive” or forcing a change. It’s about helping your body feel safe enough to stop blocking what you want — so you can stop pushing abundance away, and start actually letting it stay.
