Tapping, or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), is a simple practice with powerful effects. It involves tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on how you feel - and it's been shown in dozens of clinical studies to lower stress hormones, reduce anxiety, support trauma recovery, and even help with chronic pain.

EFT has been used in settings as varied as war zones, hospitals, and schools. It has been used to treat complex trauma such as phobias and PTSD, fast. One of the best (and most useful) things about it, is that it works even when your emotions feel tangled, blurry, or hard to name.

That’s what this recording is for - the moments when something’s off, but you can’t quite explain it. When your mind is foggy but your body feels full. When emotions are trying to rise but you don’t know what they’re about. Tapping during these moments gives your nervous system a way to release what’s been held without needing to fully understand it.

This recording also uses Solfeggio frequencies - sound vibrations that have been used to support emotional healing and nervous system regulation for centuries. While the science is still developing, early findings show that certain frequencies can shift brainwave states, reduce anxiety, and support emotional clarity.

Together, tapping and sound create a reset to help the body discharge emotional pressure, re-regulate, and return to a more balanced state. 

This is best used after 'The Tools' or if you have previous experience of EFT. Then you just need to tap, breathe, and let the release happen.
