Do you ever test on animals?
Never ever ever ever ever with a cherry on top. None of the suppliers of our ingredients do either and we will never sell in any country where it would be necessary to test on animals. We have plenty of willing humans to do that for us so you can rest assured that our products are, and always will be, 100% cruelty free.
How do we formulate our products?
We like to use two analogies when we talk about formulating our products.
This first is that we treat our products like they're food. We put together the best possible ingredients and we never add anything weird or (un)wonderful. We treat them like the best possible meal we could make - they're definitely not a supermarket ready meal. Far from it.
Another analogy we like is that we're putting together a magic potion. There are no filler ingredients in magic potions! Everything is selected for the plant-powered results they can bring to your beautiful skin.
One of our amazing followers called us 'beauty wizards' and we LOVED it. So beauty wizards we are indeed.
How do we test our products?
As you know, we never test on animals. Instead we ask our followers on social media to volunteer themselves to try out our products before launch. If they aren't completely adored, we don't launch them.
We also have all of our products tested at a cosmetic lab to ensure they pass all UK safety standards, as is required by law. We might be the beauty wizards, but we bring in the big guys for extra safety checks!
What are the ingredients of Wonder Balm?
Super simple - they are:
Pomegranate Oil, Moringa Oil, Lemon Seed Oil, Beeswax, Vitamin E in Sunflower Oil + Essential Oils (our super amazing house blend of lemon, lime, grapefruit, mandarin & sweet orange oils)
What can Wonder Balm be used for?
First and foremost, Wonder Balm is an excellent cleanser. When developing it though we wanted it to be more than that. We wanted it to have ingredients known for their healing properties and their ability to keep skin nourished and healthy. Why not use a cleanser that actually makes your skin better?
It's because of these wonderful healing ingredients that our customers have reported to us that they use Wonder Balm for way more. It has been used to heal minor burns, sunburn, sore and broken skin on hands, eczema and psoriasis. Apparently, it's also brilliant for getting HRT patches off your bottom.
How do I use Wonder Balm?
This is mega easy and we have loads of videos to help you - you can see them all on our social media. Here's the quick lowdown:
Fill a basin with nice hot water
Soak a cloth in the water (nice thick cotton cloths work best)
Use dry hands to apply balm to face (start with half a pea sized amount - less is more) You can add more if you need it later.
Move the balm all over your face, loosening any make up, dirt and grime
When you're satisfied all mascara etc has been loosened (and you've taken your #balmface selfie) wring out the hot cloth
Allow it to cool to a temperature you are comfortable with (but warm is best)
Use the cloth to remove all the make up + balm from your face
What’s the best before end date of my product?
It will be written on a wee leaflet when you receive your order but - for reference - it'll be around a year from when you purchased your product.
This is the case for most skincare products. So if you have a load of creams in your bathroom that have been lying open for years - chuck them in the bin!
How do subscriptions work?
Super easy. Just choose how often you would like your Wonder Balm to arrive and a new order will be automatically generated for you. Your card will be charged each time just before your balm is sent.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription after you have received your first order. You can also change how often you receive your order and which product you would like a subscription of. You can login and pause subscriptions at any time.
Ordering and delivery
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at email@example.com. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there!
Can I alter my order?
Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online. Always send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you know you need to change anything or use the handy chat area of our website, just in case there's anything we can do!
When will my order arrive?
We send your order in the UK using a Royal Mail 48 hour service. Orders placed before 11 am will most often be sent the same day. Orders of Wonder Balm only (28g) will be sent using a large letter service and will fit through your door if you're not in. All other products arrive as a parcel.
If you're outwith the UK then we send by Royal Mail and (depending on where you are lucky enough to live in the world - they can take up to 20 days to arrive) so order before you need it! You can check the Royal Mail page to see what length of time should be expected for where you are.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for small items with UK Royal Mail Letterbox. All other orders will cost £2.95 for UK Royal Mail Tracked 48, and you get free shipping with orders over £60.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. Look out for an email from Green Fulfilment letting you know your tracking details. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a Royal Mail tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
Do I need to be home for my deliveries?
We've tried to make your life extra easy by ensuring that all of our 28g Wonder Balm packaging can fit through your letterbox so that you don't need to be home for delivery.
All other products are just too large and mighty to fit though, so you'll need to be home for those ones.
Using our subscription service is the easiest way to make sure you always have Wonder Balm in your life. It can be waiting for you on your doormat before you even knew you needed it!
What is your delivery policy?
Orders are processed on the next working day and are sent using Royal Mail. Wonder Balm orders alone are sent using a large letter service so that you don't have to be home for its arrival. All other parcels are sent by Royal Mail 48 and are dispatched by a company called Green Fulfilment. Keep an eye out for an email from them - it will allow you to track your package!
International orders are also sent by Royal Mail and can take from 14-30 days to arrive - so please order before your last batch runs out!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro & American Express. We also accept payment by Shop Pay, PayPal, & Google Pay.
You can shop now, pay later with Klarna where you can split the cost of your order over 3 equal installements over 3 months.
How does the payment for my subscription work?
You can personalise your subscription to arrive every 1, 2 or 3 months. Your card will be charged each time just before your balm is sent (just as if you're placing an automatic order on our website). If you choose to pause your subscription you will not be charged until you choose to unpause your subscription.
Each time your subscription is processed you will receive an order confirmation & tracking emails. You won't receive an email before your subscription is processed, but you can change your dates / address / card details etc in your account area at any time.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We do! They are valid for one year from the date of purchase & cannot be used for subscription products.
They make the perfect last-minute gift. They can be emailed to a friend, or even sent by text or you can even just write the code on a card! Your lucky friend will then add that code at checkout and it will be magically applied. Super simple 😍

Can I return an item?
Due to the nature of our products - we only accept returns of damaged / faulty goods. Please send us an email with any issues to email@example.com and we'll do everything we can to make things right!
